This Subscription Video-On-Demand License Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of January ___, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) is by and between Sony Pictures Television Inc. (“Licensor”) and Comcast Cable Communications, LLC on behalf of itself and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Licensee”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:
