This Subscription Video-On-Demand License Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of January ___, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) is by and between Sony Pictures Television Inc. (“Licensor”) and Comcast Cable Communications, LLC on behalf of itself and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Licensee”).
