This Agreement is made and entered into this 6th day of September 2022, by Oak Harbor School District (referred to herein as "District"), and the City of Oak Harbor (referred to herein as "City"), for the purpose of maintaining a school resource officer (referred to herein as "SRO”) program in the public school system of the City of Oak Harbor. This agreement shall be in effect for one year. In consideration of the terms and conditions set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:
