The agreement is between the LPM (Lay Pastoral Minister) and the church or agency where he or she will be working. Those involved in drawing up the Agreement are the LPM and their Incumbent, or for those LPMs exercising a ministry in a caring agency or activity outside the local church (such as a hospital Chaplaincy, prison or day centre), a supervisor from that agency or activity.
