By supplying goods or services to the Health Service that issued the Purchase Order (“the Purchaser”) where there is no Deed of Standing Offer Agreement for the Supply of Goods or Services that applies, the person/entity to whom the Purchase Order is addressed (“the Contractor”) accepts these terms and conditions.
