The County of Wetaskiwin approved agreements with the South Pigeon Lake Regional Wastewater Commission to be effective January 1, 2019 including a Master Transfer Agreement, Operations Agreement and General Conveyance Agreement. This was done in accordance with the South Pigeon Lake Regional Wastewater Services Commission Regulation and included a transfer of assets for Phase 1 of the project.
