The Software is copyrighted and owned by Fujitsu Limited or one of its subsidiaries or a Fujitsu’s licensor, and licensed, not sold to you (“you” or “You”) under proper authorization by FQS Poland sp. z o.o. having its registered office at Parkowa 11, 30-538 Kraków, Poland, registered in the registry court in Kraków under KRS no. 33524, with a share capital of 1,000,000 zloty (fully paid), VAT ID: PL 6762043548 (further referred to as "Fujitsu").
