The following terms and conditions (the “Schedule”) are entered into, between Intermedia Technologies Company Limited (“Intermedia”) and _ _ (“You”) in respect of the Intermedia AppID service only, and “Service” or “AppID” as used in this Schedule refers only to the Intermedia AppID service. For the avoidance of doubt this Schedule forms part of the Agreement (as defined in the Master Services Agreement ("MSA")) between You and Intermedia as at the date this Schedule is entered into between the parties.
