I/We, the above named person and/or persons (hereinafter “Foster(s)”) agrees to foster the Companion Animal described above and releases Black Dogs and Company Rescue, Inc. and its individual members, trustees, volunteers and agents jointly and severally from any and all claims for personal injury and/or property damage incurred by Foster(s) or to others (third parties) associated with this Foster Agreement arising prior to, during and/or forever after this Foster Agreement.
