This Agreement is effective from the date of execution of this Agreement by Aussie, the Contractor and the Aussie Mortgage Adviser and remains in force until the Termination Date. This Agreement supersedes all negotiations and prior agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement of the parties in respect of the matters dealt with in this Agreement.
