This Construction Contract (“Contract”) for the 2022 Curb Ramps and Pedestrian Improvements Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of January 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC, an Oregon corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
