Efficiency Manitoba (“EM”) offers an “Incentive” to an eligible building owner (the “Building Owner”) who designs and constructs a new building that qualifies under the New Buildings Program 3.0 (the “Program”) on the terms and conditions set out below and as set out in Appendix A – Program Eligibility Criteria, which forms part of this Agreement.
