Pursuant to California law the Soquel Creek Water District, hereafter referred to as District, acting through its negotiator, and representatives of the Management Employees Bargaining Group, hereafter referred to as Employees, have met and conferred in good faith and have fully communicated and exchanged information concerning wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for the term commencing August 1, 2022, and terminating July 31, 2024. It is the intent of the parties to set forth herein their entire agreement covering rates of pay, wages, working hours, benefits, and other conditions of employment.
