This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of September 12, 2001 (the “Effective Date”), between IG2, Inc. (“IG2”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 80-02 Kew Gardens Rd., Suite 5000, Kew Gardens, New York 11415 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Rhode Island, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Rhode Island (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and IG2 may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
