This Confidentiality and Data Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of the date of last signature below (the “Effective Date”), and is between the University of Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate of the state of Florida with offices at the UF Research Sponsored Programs, 207 Grinter Hall, Gainesville, FL 32611 (“Institution”) and _____________________, with offices at _____________________ ("Receiving Party”).
