This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into between and among Plaintiffs Saber Ahmed and John Monteleone (“Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and all Settlement Class Members as defined herein, on the one hand, and PHH Mortgage Corporation (“PHH”) and HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA) (together, the “Defendants”), on the other. Plaintiffs and Defendants are referred to collectively in this Settlement Agreement as the “Parties.”
