<Names of CIMACs who will receive the Biospecimens> (collectively “Recipient CIMACs”) will be receiving the biospecimens as specified in Appendix A of this Agreement; and the data related to the biospecimens will be provided to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Inc. (the “CIDC”), and may be accessed, as described below, by Leland Stanford Junior University, the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Inc., and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (“the CIMACs”). The CIMACs and CIDC are jointly the “Recipients”. Each Recipient and the Provider is hereafter individually referred to as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”. This Agreement is effective as of the date of last signature of an authorized representative of a Party below (“Effective Date”).
