This Goods and Services Contract (“Contract”) for the Public Works Complex Security and Access Controls Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of February 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Absco Alarms, Incorporated, a Washington corporation, doing business as Absco Solutions (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
