THIS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT is made by and between Pink Zebra Canada, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a Delaware limited liability company, and the person named in the application being submitted to become a Direct Sales Consultant of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "You" and "Your").
