The Palmdale Academy Charter School (PACS) of the Palmdale School District (“District)” has been identified as a charter school inclusive of grades 9-12. As a result, the District has recognized the added responsibilities, length of workday, and responsibilities that are associated with working at the High School level. As such, the District and Palmdale Elementary Teachers Association (“PETA”) agree to the following items for all Certificated Bargaining Unit Members assigned to Palmdale Academy Charter School.
