HUNTING/FISHING LEASEMarch 9th, 2018
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, in writing, between the parties, the Property is to be hunted or fished only by the Lessee and the Lessee’s specifically authorized guests. The Lessee agrees not to sublease the Property, or allow others to hunt upon the Property without the prior written permission of Company, which permission may be given or withheld at the sole discretion of Company. It is mutually agreed that this Lease may not be assigned by the Lessee without the prior written permission of Company, which permission may be withheld at the sole discretion of Company. The Lessee shall be responsible for any person hunting, fishing or using any of the Property. An unauthorized assignment or sublease will immediately terminate the Lease and all payments will be forfeited and not refunded.
