This Interconnection Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of January, 2005 (the "Effective Date") by and between Citizens Telephone Cooperative, Inc. ("CITIZENS") a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 328 West Main Street, P.O. Box 127 New Auburn, Wisconsin 54757 and American Cellular Corporation (“ACC”), a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 14201 Wireless Way Oklahoma City, OK. 73134. Citizens and ACC are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
