This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and Burton Road Investments, LLC, with respect to the Property located along Burton Road, a frontage road of Interstate 20, Lexington, South Carolina. The Property includes approximately 33.4 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 005499-02-004, 005499-02-005, and 00549-02-006. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of June 25, 2021, and any amendments thereto, by Burton Road Investments, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
