The Health and Wellness Community is an exciting living opportunity for students who choose a lifestyle where they do not smoke or use or possess alcohol and/or drugs. Students can be confident that this community will be free of alcohol, tobacco and/or other drugs regardless of individual choices made by fellow students. A Health and Wellness living environment is one where residents have agreed to keep their environment free of all types of smoke and/or tobacco products, alcohol, and/or illegal drugs at all times. This is a supportive community for students who, for clinical, medical, or personal reasons choose not to smoke, use tobacco products, consume alcoholic beverages, or use other illegal drugs. Students who are smokers should not live in a Health and Wellness Community. All existing federal, state, and university regulations concerning alcohol, smoking, and other drug use are applicable in addition to the following standards:
