Thank you for your willingness to serve as a coach for the recreational sport club (the “Club”) at Lewis University (“Lewis”). The purpose of this letter is to provide you with information about some important Lewis policies, and to obtain your agreement to these policies, and to outline your responsibilities as coach for the Club.
