The End User License Agreement governs the contractual relationship between you or the organization you represent and LightBlaze, in which salesforce.com Germany GmbH, Erika-Mann-Straße 31-37, 80636 Munich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "salesforce"), is not a party.
