This ACH Origination agreement governs the Customer’s use of First State Bank (Bank) ACH Origination Service. This agreement, together with the Online Business Banking Agreement (OBBA) between the Bank and the Customer, comprises the terms and conditions for ACH origination. ACH Origination is a Service as defined in the Online Business Banking Agreement. Those accounts that the Customer accesses through the Service will remain subject to the provisions of the OBBA also.
