Contract Type FiledOctober 11th, 2012This agreement entered into this (as of 9/1/12), by and between the Monroe Public School District of the City of Monroe, Monroe County, Michigan, hereinafter called the "Board" and the Monroe City Education Association, hereinafter called the "Association". This Agreement shall constitute the full and complete commitments between both parties and may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in a written and signed amendment to this Agreement. Any individual contract between the Board and the individual teacher, heretofore executed shall be made subject to and consistent with the terms of this or subsequent agreements to be executed by the parties. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with the Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.
