This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is concluded between the United Nations, represented by the Department of Political Affairs (DPA) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), represented by its Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office (MPTF Office). The United Nations and UNDP are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Participants.”
