This End User Licence Agreement, (“Licence”), is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee or You”) and Teledyne Signal Processing Devices Sweden AB of Teknikringen 6, SE-583 30 Linköping, Sweden and with registered number 556660-9375 (“Teledyne SP Devices”) for use of the Software, defined in Clause 1 below, together with products provided by Teledyne SP Devices. Such products are regulated by separate General Terms and Conditions.
