We, Sercle Ltd. (Sercle Software) are pleased to set out the Terms of Business (ToB) that apply to the work (Services) we do for You, ClientName. This ToB is a general agreement which applies to all work we provide for you into the future. The specific scope of work and fees are provided, for each piece of work, in a separate Statement of Work (SoW). Together these documents form the contract (“Agreement”) between us, the Parties.
