This Colocation Master Services Agreement, including the Service Level Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (collectively, these “Terms and Conditions”) is made a part of the document entitled, “Colocation Service Order Form” (the “Colocation Service Order Form”) entered into and executed by and between KRAMBU, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“KRAMBU”) and the Customer identified in the Colocation Service Order Form. “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions and the Colocation Service Order Form. These Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into the Colocation Service Order Form as if fully set forth therein. KRAMBU and Customer acknowledge and agree that upon execution of the Colocation Service Order Form, they shall be legally bound by this Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined in the Colocation Service Order Form shall have the meanings set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
