(“Starion”) is a certified retail natural gas supplier (“CRNGS”) certified by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (“PUCO”) to offer and supply natural gas and related services in the State of Ohio. Starion is not affiliated with the Natural Gas Company (“NGC”) or the PUCO. The prices that Starion charges its customers are not regulated by the PUCO.
