This agreement is made between Andrew Charles Stewart & Karen Jane Stewart, (the Owner) and the Occupier (as detailed below) and will constitute confirmation of the booking in accordance with the conditions of hire overleaf subject to i) this agreement having been signed or accepted by the Occupier and ii) the Owner’s receipt of payments in full as may be due at any time.
