AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is executed as of this day of , 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS (“ABOR”), a body corporate, for and on behalf of Arizona State University (“ASU”), and the CITY OF TEMPE, a municipal corporation (the “City”), and USA PLACE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (the “HCC Lessee”).
