This Operator-Participant Contract (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which JetSuiteX, Inc. (“JSX” or “Operator”), 7201 Lemmon Avenue, Dallas, TX 75209, a Public Charter operator, agrees to provide you (“Participant” or “You”) with Public Charter air transportation (“Charter”) performed by Delux Public Charter, LLC d/b/a JSX Air (“Delux” or “Carrier”), a direct air carrier, in return for payment in the amount indicated as the total Charter price. As between You and Delux, the Delux Contract of Carriage applies in addition to this Agreement and establishes a separate contract between Participant and Carrier.
