This Agreement, including Amendment No. 1 (TRO Amendment) hereto (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of April 7, 2004 (the “Effective Date”), between CornerStone Telephone Company, LLC (“CSTC”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices at 2 Third Street, Suite 303, Troy, NY 12180 and Verizon North Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and CSTC may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
