The University of Cincinnati and Resident have executed a Contract (the “Occupational Medicine Contract”) which incorporates these 2014-2015 Graduate Medical Education Occupational Medicine Terms & Conditions and the attached Exhibits A, B, and C (collectively, the “Occupational Medicine Terms & Conditions”) in their entirety. Throughout these Occupational Medicine Terms & Conditions the term “Residency Program” shall refer to the course of graduate medical education in which Resident trains for practice in Occupational Medicine in accordance with the standards of the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (“ACGME”). For purposes of these Occupational Medicine Terms & Conditions, the term ‘resident’ includes all trainees in the ACGME-accredited Occupational Medicine training program.
