This Agreement for Consultant Services (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this 13th day of November, 2018 by and between THE CITY OF PACIFICA, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") and CSG CONSULTANTS, INC., a corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT"). CITY and CONSULTANT may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
