This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the PROVINCIAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY (“PHSA”) and you (the “User”), who is a British Columbia health care provider or health care organization that wishes to use the Digital Referrals and Orders System (“DRO System”). This Agreement takes effect on the date that the User digitally accepts the Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
