These General Terms, including all attachments and executed Addendum (collectively, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Tines Automation, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at WeWork, 1 Lincoln Street, Boston, MA 02111 (“Tines”) and the Customer (as defined below) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”). In the case of a Public Sector Customer, to the extent applicable, this Agreement shall be made an addendum to the government contract or purchase order.
