This Agreement, dated [8-15-18] (the “Effective Date”) a continuation through [8-14-19] for Consultation and Creative Development Services (the “Agreement”) is between The Fourth Parable, LLC, and Franklin County of the State of Kansas (together known as the “Parties”, Designer and Client), for the performance of said services and the production of Deliverables as described below. The Parties agree as follows:
