THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into this _ 1st day of October 2014, between the City of Hallandale Beach, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY/GRANTOR”) and Women in Distress, a Florida Not for Profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “GRANTEE”).
