THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOU") is made by and between the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA (hereinafter “UMMS”), and Tongji University School of Medicine, Shanghai, PRC (hereinafter "TUSM"). Both UMMS and TUSM shall also be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or the “Institutions.”
