This Cost Sharing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of , 2018 by and among the groundwater sustainability agencies within the Delta-Mendota Subbasin and the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority (“SLDMWA”). The entities listed above may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or jointly as “Parties.” For purposes of this Agreement, the “Effective Date” shall be the date the last Party executes this Agreement.
