Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“PG&E”) hereby submits to the California Public Utilities Commission (“Commission” or “CPUC”) a supplemental filing for Advice Letter 3150-E, dated November 5, 2007. The purpose of this supplement is to amend certain terms and conditions in the power purchase agreement (“PPA”) between PG&E and Ausra CA II, LLC, dba Carrizo Energy, LLC, a subsidiary of Ausra, Inc. (collectively, “Ausra”), to conform to the non-modifiable standard terms and conditions (“STCs”) defined in CPUC Decision (D.) 07-11-025, Attachment A, and to update the description of the solar generation project defined in the PPA.
