This LICENSE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (“License”) is made as of the date last signed (“Effective Date”) between the TOWN OF PINEVILLE, a municipality located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina (“Licensor”) and OLD NORTH STATE LEAGUE, INC., a North Carolina corporation (“Licensee”).
