Clicking “accept” or installing and/or using the Software (defined below) establishes a binding agreement (“Execution”) between BRAINCUBE (“Braincube”) and you as the person or entity licensing the Software (“Customer”) ; provided that if you are accepting this EULA (defined below) on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this EULA, in which case the term «Customer» refers to such entity. Both Customer and Braincube are sometimes referred to individually as the “Party” or jointly as the “Parties”. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY OR IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, IMMEDIATELY STOP THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.
