In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment (First Party) both dated 20th May 2009, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Palm Grove Housing Sdn Bhd (“the Vendor”) and Pembinaan Udara Damai Sdn Bhd (“the Proprietor”) dated 25th October 2000, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
