IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") together with the Proposal & Sales Agreement issued to you (collectively, the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) (the “Customer” or “you”) and B2W Software, Incorporated ("B2W") for the B2W software as a service product identified in the Proposal & Sales Agreement which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SAAS PRODUCT"). By using the SAAS PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the SAAS PRODUCT.
