This Educational Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Chamberlain University (“Chamberlain”), with its national headquarters at 500 West Monroe Street, Suite 28, Chicago, Illinois 60661, and Western Dakota Technical College, with its principal place of business at 800 Mickelson Drive, Rapid City, SD 57703 (“Partner”). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date of the later signature in the signature block below (“Effective Date”).
